1. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or general dissatisfaction. Please double-check product descriptions, sizing, and details before placing your order.


2. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only offer exchanges if:

  • You received a defective item

  • You received the wrong item or size from what you ordered

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

  2. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue

  3. Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Once approved, we’ll guide you on the exchange process.


3. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent), we’ll cover the return and re-delivery costs

  • If the issue is not our mistake, the customer bears all shipping costs


4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval
